What You''ll Do: Teach and support pupils with diverse additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, SLD/MLD, PMLD, and complex learning difficulties Adapt and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes Use a range of communication approaches (e.g., visual supports, PECS, Makaton - desirable) Support emotional regulation using strategies aligned with each pupil''s profile Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and the SENCO Maintain a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment Record progress and report safeguarding concerns promptly to the DSL ? What We''re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, PGCE or equivalent Experience working with pupils with SEN across any age group (EYFS-Post 16) - school, specialist, or care-based experience considered Strong understanding of SEN best practice, behaviour support and differentiated teaching A flexible, resilient and compassionate appr
