Clinical Home Manager | Elderly Care / Nursing Home Sector | Surrey

Stephen James Consulting is partnering with an established elderly care provider to recruit a Clinical Home Manager for a well-regarded 40-bedded nursing home in Surrey, specialising in complex dementia and elderly care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN-qualified professional to lead a supportive and person-centred care service focused on delivering high clinical standards and positive resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, clinical governance, and quality care delivery
• Lead, motivate, and develop the multidisciplinary team
• Drive occupancy, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Manage budgets and support the overall success of the service

Requirements:

• Active UK NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Previous experience within a nursing home leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of elderly care, dementia care, and clinical compliance
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities

This role offers a salary of: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum
