This is a trusted role requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Personal AssistantLocation: Windsor, fully onsiteSalary: 40,000 - 50,000 depending on experience Key ResponsibilitiesProviding full administrative and secretarial support to senior finance leadersExtensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex calendarsPreparing meeting agendas, papers, reports, and presentationsTaking accurate minutes and tracking follow-up actionsManaging correspondence, screening calls, and handling email inboxesCoordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and expensesActing as a key point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholdersMaintaining confidential files, records, and financial documentationSupporting ad-hoc projects and assisting with team administration as required Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior managementStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage competing de
