We have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to join one of the largest construction, development and property services companies in the UK, who work in partnership with local authorities and housing associations.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner.
• Complete minor multi-trade repairs such as patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing (e.g. fitting baths, sinks, and toilets)
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• City & Guilds/NVQ in Carpentry OR Carpenter CSCS Card (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
• Basic DBS Certificate
