Facilities Manager, Education Sector, West London, to £50k plus c20% pension contributionOur client, an ''outstanding'' secondary school in West London, is recruiting a Facilities Manager.With 2 direct reports (site manager and catering manager) and an in house FM team of 20+ staff delivering maintenance, catering and cleaning, the FM is responsible for all hard and soft service delivery.We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with minimum 4 years facilities management experience - some of which will ideally have been gained within schools, universities or public access buildings.A salary of £47-50k is offered with employer pension contribution of over 20%.
