This senior role offers significant accountability, visibility, and the opportunity to embed a true safety-first culture.What You''ll Do. Lead the design and delivery of Handamp;S strategy across the organisation. Own all policies, procedures, and in-life monitoring. Drive performance against key Handamp;S KPIs. Manage external audits and regulatory compliance. Identify, mitigate and monitor all Handamp;S risks. Coach leaders to build strong safety capability. Champion a safety-first culture through engagement and awarenessWhat Success Looks Like. 95%+ compliance in field audits. 98% CDM and fire-stopping compliance. Clear risk mitigation plans with measurable KPIs. Strong performance in all external auditsAbout You. IOSH Leading Safety (or equivalent). Strong experience influencing exec and board stakeholders. Proven leadership of managers and operational teams. Excellent communicator with strong governance and influencing skills. Ideally from a Telco, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Construction background
