My client, a nonprofit making values-led organisation in Wallingford, Oxfordshire is looking for a part-time Qualified Finance Manager to lead and develop the finance function-helping deliver accurate reporting, strong controls, and confident decision-making at group level.
3 days a week - Wed, Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm
One day can be worked from home but it must be the Thursday.

What you''ll be doing:
* Lead and develop the finance function across the company, including line and performance management
* Prepare regular management accounts for group companies and provide clear financial insight
* Manage budgets and cash flow, including complex inter-company arrangements
* Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and proactive financial risk management
* Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes
* Support robust month and quarter-end processes to ensure controls remain strong and information is accurate
* Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders, and ensure statutory requirements are met (working closely with the Finance Manager - Service Charges)
* Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to support strategic actions within the corporate plan

What you''ll bring:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or qualified by significant relevant experience)
* Strong technical accounting ability, analytical thinking, and commercial judgement
* Experience delivering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
* Proven ability to build and develop teams, with a collaborative leadership style
* Confidence working with senior leadership and translating finance into practical guidance
