You''ll enjoy getting behind the numbers and translating complex information into clear commercial insight. At the heart of the planning and reporting cycle, you''ll work closely with finance colleagues and senior leaders across a complex, technology-led business. The role offers genuine scope to shape reporting, improve processes and take on broader responsibility as your knowledge of the organisation grows. Coordinate monthly forecasting and reporting, alongside the annual budget and longer-range planning process. Produce accurate performance packs, insightful commentary and analysis for senior and group stakeholders. Prepare pre-close information and month-end analysis to support an accurate and timely close. Build financial models and complete ad hoc analysis to explain trends, test assumptions and support decisions. Translate operational activity into financial implications, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
