Aspire People are delighted to be partnering with a primary school in Loughborough to find a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is ready to make a real difference in the classroom.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who understands the importance of creating a supportive learning environment where children feel confident, motivated and ready to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who wants to become a valued member of a school team, build meaningful relationships with pupils and contribute to their educational progress.

With a competitive rate of -105 per day and a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule, this role is ideal for someone looking for a full-time position within one school.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working alongside the teaching team, you will play an important part in supporting pupils throughout their school day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.

Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils.

Helping children overcome learning barriers and develop their confidence.

Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting activities where appropriate.

Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning.

Preparing resources and helping create an organised, stimulating classroom.

Observing pupil development and communicating progress to the class teacher.

Promoting inclusion, independence and positive relationships throughout the school.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We want to hear from Teaching Assistants who are passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their best.

To be considered, you must have:

A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Previous experience working in a UK school setting.

A genuine interest in supporting children''s academic and personal development.

The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

A dependable and flexible approach to the school day.

An understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
