The Role You will manage a mixed and engaging caseload, which may include: Contractual disputesCommercial litigationProperty and land disputesProfessional negligence claimsShareholder and partnership disputesDebt recovery and enforcementContentious probate and trust litigationMediation, negotiation, and ADR work Support and supervision will be tailored to your PQE level, with senior solicitors handling more complex matters. Key Responsibilities Running your own caseload from instruction through to resolutionDrafting pleadings, witness statements, applications, and legal correspondenceConducting legal research, case analysis, and risk assessmentsRepresenting clients in negotiations, mediations, and court mattersManaging deadlines, case strategy, and procedural requirementsBuilding strong relationships with clients and referrersSupporting the continued growth of the litigation department Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England and Wales)NQ to 6+ PQE in dispute resolution or litigation
