We’re looking for a highly organised and detail focused Supply Chain Administrator to join our team on a 6 month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and advanced Excel capability, who can support both planning and manufacturing functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain and Planning team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Use advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data charts, and data input
• Assist with manufacturing administration, including printing and filing batch charts and maintaining documentation
• Update and maintain internal systems and databases accurately
• Work closely with planning, production, and wider operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Support data reporting and analysis for production and materials planning

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data charts, formulas, data manipulation)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident working with data and supporting multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
