About the Role:
A creative and inclusive secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for a passionate Drama Teacher to lead engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. The school places a strong emphasis on the arts and encourages students to develop confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through performance and theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and imaginative Drama lessons to students in Years 7andndash;11
• Prepare students for GCSE Drama, including practical and written components
• Organise and support school productions, theatre visits, and drama clubs
• Collaborate with colleagues across the arts faculty to enhance the creative curriculum

Requirements:

• QTS and a specialism in Drama or Performing Arts
• Experience teaching Drama in secondary settings
• Passionate about developing students'' confidence, creativity, and communication skills
