Job Role: Architectural Technologist
Salary: -30,000 - -40,000 (flexible, depending on experience)

An award-winning Architectural consultancy are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Huddersfield.

Our client delivers bespoke architectural solutions for clients with life-changing injuries and disabilities, designing homes that transform lives. Their projects are personal, purposeful, and technically demanding, making this an incredibly rewarding environment for the right candidate.

Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the team. We are flexible on experience, however would ideally like to speak with strong intermediates looking to take the next step in their career, or Senior Architectural Technologists.

Day-to-day, you will take ownership of live projects from design through to completion - producing feasibility drawings, planning applications, tender packages, and Building Regulation submissions. You will administer JCT/RIBA contracts, carry out regular site visits, handle valuations and snagging, and manage consultant appointments. A clean driving licence is essential, and the successful candidate will be required to consent to a DBS check prior to starting.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and comfortable working independently. You should be confident liaising directly with clients, taking design briefs, and making decisions on the ground.
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are on offer, with an initial period of office-based working in Huddersfield required to get up to speed with the team''s processes.
