The role: Recruiting excellent candidates to match the roles you have sourced from new and existing clients. Business Development - telesales, visiting potential clients to gain an understanfding of their business and recruitment requirements, sell the service that you will be providing, negotiate terms of business and get terms of business agreed. Customer Service - Visiting and calling clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service you are providing Administration - Operating the company CRM system and ensuring all administration is completed in a timely and compliant manner to match both company andf industry standards.
