This business is a prominent name in the property management sphere, looking after some of the highest sought-after real estate in Central London. They have recognised a need for an experienced Personal / Executive Assistant to join their team on an interim basis in supporting a divisional Director. Reporting to the Director, the successful individual will join an existing community of supportive Team and Personal Assistants.

Responsibilities:As a Personal Assistant, the role will incorporate the following:

• Comprehensive support to a Director, including diary and inbox management, meeting organisation, and travel coordination.
• Act as main point of contact for the Director, gatekeeping and handling correspondence.
• Event management and assistance
• Liaising alongside internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal network of Personal Assistants.
• Contributed to a range of internal projects.

What you''ll need to succeed

Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant within the private sector is a necessity for this role. Prior experience within the property industry would be advantageous.
