This role involves providing high-level technical expertise and ensuring that building works comply fully with Building Regulations. Key Responsibilities As a Registered Building Inspector, you will: Hold at least Class 2A-F competency. Provide expert technical advice on building control matters. Inspect building works at all stages, including detailed checks of work in progress, plan assessments, and final inspections to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations. Manage an appropriate application caseload efficiently. Collaborate with internal departments and/or other RBIs to ensure compliance on client projects as required.
