We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join an inspirational Alternative Provision school in Alnwick. About the School A specialist SEN School in Alnwick supporting pupils aged 11-18 with varying SEMH and SEND needs. Pupils have often been temporarily excluded from mainstream schools and require targeted support to re-engage with learning. The school has a supportive culture and leadership team, where staff work collaboratively to maintain high standards of teaching and care. About the Role Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them manage behaviour and emotions in lessons and around school. Work closely with Class Teachers and colleagues to understand pupils'' individual learning styles and needs.
