Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the EMEA Senior Creative Lead, you will establish a regional creative department, shaping the creative vision and execution across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for adapting global creative strategies to regional needs and developing original campaigns that resonate with local audiences. This role is essential in accelerating brand impact across paid media, digital, retail marketing, community activations, and experiential platforms.The preferred locations are London, Garching (Munich), or major European hubs.Meet Your Future Team:You will lead the Brand Creative team in EMEA, collaborating with other marketing leaders and global creative and operations teams to bring the brand to life across diverse touchpoints. The team values creativity, agility, and a deep understanding of both global branding and local markets.You will report to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing EMEA, with a dotted line to the Creative Director, Global Brand Studio.Core Activities:Forming the EMEA creative departmentAligning regional creative efforts with global strategies while advocating for local needsLocalizing global creative assets for cultural relevance and audience engagementDeveloping EMEA-specific creative campaigns within brand guidelinesPartnering with regional teams to deliver integrated creative solutionsPresenting concepts and strategies to stakeholdersManaging workflows and resources to ensure timely campaign deploymentMaintaining regional creative guidelines aligned with global standardsDriving innovation in consumer experiences, both digitally and physicallyManaging the assigned budgetFuture Projects:Growing and mentoring the creative teamEnhancing regional creative workflows and infrastructureLaunching impactful campaigns to boost brand awarenessAre You Our Next Senior Creative Lead – EMEA?7-10 years of creative leadership experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer brand, with relevant educationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design toolsStrong background in brand storytelling, art direction, photography, film, graphic design, architecture, and digital UXA portfolio demonstrating international campaign developmentKnowledge of EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuancesRefined taste level and understanding of outdoor cultureAbility to set vision, align teams, and foster commitmentExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsLeadership skills to motivate and support teams, manage priorities, and navigate ambiguityDeep understanding of DTC marketing and consumer journeysFluent in English and proficient in another European languageExperience in budget managementPassion for the Arc’teryx brand and outdoor activitiesProactive problem-solving skills and adaptabilityAbility to balance autonomy with collaboration and inspire innovationOur Commitment to Inclusion:Arc’teryx fosters a culture of inclusivity, valuing diversity and ensuring fair treatment for all.
