The Role: You ll be responsible for leading all aspects of plant production operations, ensuring the successful execution of the site s manufacturing strategy. Your mission will be to create a high-performing, autonomous team culture that delivers continuous improvement and best-in-class performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. IL6S, Autonomous Maintenance, Progressive Maintenance). Drive site performance against SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale). Lead governance and review processes to ensure consistent operational performance and compliance. Champion a zero-loss mindset across the team. Ensure all operational and regulatory standards are upheld (quality, safety, GMP, environmental, etc.).
