CK Group are recruiting for a Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator), to join a diagnostics company, working in the regions of Hampshire and Dorset, on a contract basis for 12 months.Salary: Per Day: 200 - 230 PAYE or 265 - 305 Umbrella (Inside IR35).Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator) Role:Onsite handling of customer issues and enquiries liaising with other Business areas to provide support.Identification and troubleshooting of issues on site.Conducting installations, commissioning and go-live support.Conducting and design of internal and external training. Your Background:Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline).Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired).Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired).Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with hardware used in pathology particularly biochemistry/blood sciences.Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous).Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving licence.Passport (required for overseas training).Company: Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK.
