Operations Manager £25.00 per hour Immediate Start Temporary until End of Year We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of education catering operations across West Sussex. Managing a patch of 3-4 areas (potentially up to 7), you''ll support Area Managers, drive operational performance, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Area Managers across multiple locations Build strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders Ensure food safety, compliance, and service standards are consistently met Monitor financial performance and operational targets Resolve operational challenges and implement improvements Drive team performance, engagement, and developmen The ideal candidate will have: Previous Operations Manager experience A strong catering or contract catering background Multi-site management experience Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Full UK Driving Licence Details: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm 37.5 hours per week Travel across West Sussex sites with a mix of home and office working £25.00 per hour Full UK Driving Licence and own transport essential Why Join Us?
