Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: -75,000 - -85,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Role

Responsible for the management and delivery of mechanical building services projects from project award through to completion and client handover.

Working closely with operational, commercial and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

• Health & Safety compliance

• Mechanical Building Services Background
• Mechanical Project Management Experience
• HVAC & Mechanical Systems Knowledge
• M&E Contractor Experience
• Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
• Commercial Awareness
