Job Title: Welfare Labourer (Part-Time)Location: South Mimms, Potters Bar (EN6)Pay Rate: 16.50 per hour (Umbrella)Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (3 hours/day, 15 hours/week)Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possibleDuration: OngoingKey ResponsibilitiesSanitising and cleaning all site welfare areas, including canteens, drying rooms, toilets, washrooms, and site offices.Emptying welfare waste bins and safely disposing of rubbish in designated skips.Monitoring and replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, hand wash, hand sanitiser, paper towels).Mopping, sweeping, and wiping down high-touch communal surfaces.Assisting the site team with general light housekeeping to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.RequirementsValid CSCS Card (Essential)Standard 5-point PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest/jacket, gloves, safety glasses)Previous experience in welfare cleaning or general labouring on construction sitesReliable, punctual, and available to work 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM consistentlyValid Right to Work in the UK Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
