As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll work in a modern, well-equipped workshop, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT testing. How You’ll Contribute as a Vehicle Technician:

As a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester, you’ll play an important part in keeping customers safely on the road while maintaining Renault’s high workshop standards.

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Complete MOT testing to the required standards.
• Diagnose faults and carry out diagnostic work efficiently and accurately.
• Complete work in line with manufacturer standards and workshop processes.
• Road test vehicles where required.
• Work alongside fellow Vehicle Technicians and the wider workshop team to deliver a high-quality service.

About You:

We’re looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician who takes pride in their work and can combine strong technical skills with a professional, team-focused approach.

• Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification.
• MOT Tester licence covering Class 4 and 7.
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester or in a similar workshop position.
• Strong servicing, repair, fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• A calm and professional approach with clear communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Vehicle Technicians and workshop colleagues.
• Full UK driving licence covering manual and automatic vehicles.

Vehicle Technician Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
• 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings (8:30am – 12:30pm), paid at time and a half.
