Senior Business Analyst | Recoveries | Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office - 3 days working from home | Permanent | -80k + benefits | LONDON |

As a Senior Business Analyst with our client you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation and delivery of strategic initiatives and pilot programmes. Working within the Recoveries team you will help establish robust processes, governance arrangements and delivery frameworks to support successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining core delivery artefacts, supporting governance forums, coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure activities are delivered in a controlled, transparent and we-documented manner.

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst at a senior level
• Previous experience working within a regulated environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills to support business requirements and identifying improvements
• Strong ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions
• Experience and knowledge of the financial services is advantageous

Location: London

Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home

Salary: -80k + benefits
