The Role for a Design CoordinatorAs a Design Coordinator you will be working on a range of office fit outs / refurbishments and office-to-residential conversions with values up to 25m, providing a unique turnkey solution. Sitting in the Design team you will be working closely with the project teams consisting of in-house planners, architects and quantity surveyors to ensure a superior client outcome and experience.The role will involve overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final delivery, and you will be expected to provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project life cycle.My clients office is located in Leeds. However, the role would require national travel to visit projects.
