As the English Teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning and teaching English Language and Literature lessons tailored to individual needs Supporting pupils with literacy development, communication skills, and confidence Managing behaviour positively using trauma-informed and restorative approaches Building strong, trusting relationships with students who require additional support Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and e
