Role and Responsibilities:Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email.Prepare accurate quotations and follow up proactively to convert opportunities into orders.Process customer purchase ordersProvide product information, lead times, and pricing to customers in line with company policies.Monitor and follow up on open quotes and opportunities.
