Reservations and Events Manager Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations and events department across both venues.

• 
  

  Lead, develop and motivate the reservations team, ensuring consistently high standards of guest service.

• 
  

  Coordinate team rotas, workloads and departmental responsibilities.

• 
  

  Manage incoming reservations, private dining requests and event enquiries.

• 
  

  Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients and third-party partners.

• 
  

  Monitor departmental performance, reporting and booking conversion rates.

• 
  

  Oversee the Private Dining andamp; Membership Manager, supporting membership growth and engagement.

• 
  

  Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through proactive sales initiatives, event bookings and repeat business.

Reservations and Events Manager Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience managing reservations, private dining or events within a premium restaurant, luxury hospitality or high-volume dining environment.

• 
  

  A confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication, organisational and team management skills.

  Working knowledge of Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins or similar reservations and
