What You Will Do:

- Lead the development of a strategic approach to powertrain integration, aligning key technologies between motorsport and passenger car applications.

- Manage technical projects, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for shared commodity strategies and advancing technology readiness.

- Integrate motorsport-led powertrain activities into agile structures, using Formula E as a platform for emerging technology maturation.

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define collaborative work packages, including roles, responsibilities, and timing.

- Develop and manage robust collaborative programmes aligned with the Technology Development Framework, ensuring smooth project handovers and tracking key milestones.

- Report regularly to senior stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and performance metrics.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in mechanical or automotive engineering, with a focus on electrified powertrains.

- Strong knowledge of BEV propulsion systems, system integration, and technology roadmaps.

- Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple priorities.

- A passion for motorsport and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
