This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who enjoys managing refurbishment schemes from inception through to final account while working alongside experienced operational and commercial professionals. The Opportunity As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take ownership of the commercial performance of a portfolio of planned works contracts, ensuring projects remain financially successful while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. The role covers a range of residential improvement programmes Roofing renewal projects Kitchen refurbishment programmes Bathroom replacement works Window and door installation schemes Electrical testing and compliance programmes Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you''ll help drive profitability, control costs and ensure contractual obligations are effectively managed throughout the lifecycle of each project. Key Responsibilities Take commercial responsibility for multiple refurbishment projects. Prepare and manage valuations, variations, applications for payment and final accounts.
