Typically, this person will be an experienced senior marketing professional with a background in luxury, marine, lifestyle or premium consumer brands. They will have proven experience developing marketing strategies, leading teams and delivering campaigns across digital, PR, content, social media, events and partnerships. The successful candidate will be commercially focused, creative and strategic, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership, Sales, Design and Aftersales teams to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth. Experience within the marine or luxury yacht sector would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
