You''ll prepare cases for internal technical assessment, ensure robust quality processes, and provide clear, actionable feedback to internal teams and external clients. You''ll lead internal audit activity across telephony and file reviews - identifying trends, analysing root causes, and delivering insights that support continuous improvement. As a technical referral point, you''ll also provide coaching and guidance to the wider team.
