I am pleased to present a new opportunity for a Service and Operations Director, who will lead on shaping the future of the Service division. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to develop long-term strategies and lead the geographical growth of the Service offering. You will be joining an ambitious family business who has been leading the Entrance Solutions industry for 30 years. An impressive salary of up to 80k is on offer with some flexibility depending on the individual''s experience, along with a 20% bonus. To compliment this salary, the role also provides a company vehicle or allowance, a Health Cash Plan and Life Assurance, company pension, and holiday entitlement increasing with length of service. The role is based in the Wirral area with some travel to support business needs. The Service and Operations Director will inspire, lead, and develop an established team of 40 people, including 4 team Leaders, 1 Service Manager, and 1 Commercial Manager. This is an office-based role 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home. In the future, this role will develop to be part of the Board.
