As an
Assistant General Manager
at Arby’s, you will support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. You’ll help ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to grow into a General Manager position.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurantLead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest serviceHelp manage staffing, training, and employee developmentEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsSupport inventory control, cost management, and labor schedulingMonitor and manage shift performance and resolve issues quicklyEnsure the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficientlyStep into the General Manager’s role in their absenceQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to lead by example and inspire team membersSolid understanding of customer service, food safety, and restaurant operationsMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
