We are currently seeking a labourer for a busy, high-quality new build housing development in Morpeth.The Role:You will play a key part in the site team, balancing general site maintenance with specific assistance for the flooring and boarding teams.Preboarding Support: Assisting with the preparation of floors and surfaces prior to boarding, ensuring areas are clear, level, and ready for trades.Material Movement: Safely transporting plasterboard, flooring materials, and timber to the correct plots.Site Tidiness: Ensuring that plots are swept and clear of debris both before and after trades have finished their work.General Labouring: Assisting various trades, unloading deliveries, and maintaining site safety standards.Safety: Strictly adhering to all Health and Safety protocols and wearing full PPE.What We Are Looking For:Previous experience assisting with floor boarding or plasterboarding prep is highly preferred.A valid CSCS card is essential.A proven track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic.Must be capable of manual handling and heavy lifting.Must have your own full Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, boots, hi-vis).Apply Now: If you have the required experience and are ready to start work in the near future in Morpeth, apply today!
