An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.Duties will include:Managing a mixed caseload.Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.Drafting various legal documentation.Dealing with complex property matters.Active involvement in business development.The successful candidate will:Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6 months+ PQEAbility to manage transactions independently.Proven track record of meeting targets.Have strong interpersonal skills.Business development and networking skills.What they offer:Salary depending on experience £40,000 - £65,000Full time position.Hybrid working.Profit Share Scheme.Increasing Holiday Entitlement.Company pension.
