Commercial Finance Business Partner

to join a growing and forward-thinking finance team on a permanent basis. This role will be a key link between finance and the wider business, supporting commercial decision-making with clear financial insight and challenge.What you’ll be doing:Acting as a trusted advisor to commercial teams, ensuring financial implications are fully understood

Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Providing meaningful insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability

Driving process improvements and helping to shape a culture of financial accountability across the business

What we’re looking for:A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FPandA and business partnering experience

Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Commercially minded with a focus on adding value rather than just reporting numbers

Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
