This innovative programme, set to go live on the 1st of April 2026, focuses on children experiencing neglectful parenting. The role involves working with a small cohort of 4-6 cases, decided through a formal panel process, providing a range of support over a period of 3 to 12 months.Day-to-Day of the Role:Direct Family Support Duties: Work directly in family homes to improve living conditions, support daily routines, and address educational, health, and social concerns.Modelling Good Parenting: Demonstrate positive parenting behaviors, helping parents enhance their skills beyond the ''good enough'' standard to reduce neglect.Flexible Working Hours: Adapt to the needs of the families, which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.Transport and Driving: Transport families and young people as part of your duties (business insurance required).Minimal Paperwork: Focus primarily on practical, in-person work with minimal administrative duties.Required Skills and Qualifications:6 Months minimum experience in working directly with children and families in a home setting, particularly with challenging dynamics.Must be a car driver with appropriate business insurance.Ability to model
