Contract Manager Location: Office-based near Heathrow with regular site visits across London Salary: 65,000 per annum + Car Allowance Role Overview The Contract Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of hard facilities management services across a portfolio of client sites throughout London. Based at the company''s office near Heathrow, the role combines operational management with regular site visits to ensure service excellence, statutory compliance, and strong client relationships. Working closely with clients, engineering teams, subcontractors, and internal support functions, the Contract Manager will oversee contract performance, financial management, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Contract Management Manage the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services across multiple client sites. Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Chair client review meetings and provide regular performance reports.
