Head of Operations (Renewables) Role overview: The Head of Operations will oversee the successful delivery of multiple renewable energy schemes in domestic properties across the Greater London area. In this pivotal role, acting as the main point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders and third-party subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution that enhances energy efficiency and client satisfaction. You will play a key part in the Senior Management Team whilst maintaining an efficient and profitable operation. Duties and responsibilities: You will be the main point of contact for Internal Stake Holders, Clients (Local Authorities, Housing Associations) and 3rd Party Sub-Contractors to enable the smooth delivery of multiple schemes to deliver Renewable Energy Solutions into Domestic Properties in the Greater London area, enhancing energy efficiency. Work with the heads of departments on the implementation of allocated large-scale capital projects putting in place appropriate relationships with project managers, operational staff, client teams etc. Implement and monitor KPI s to ensure operations are meeting targets for productivity, quality, cost and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on KPI s identifying trends and taking corrective actions to stay ahead of target. Develop and lead a high-performing operations team by focusing on training and performance management. Maintain an awareness of all current trends and trading conditions within the marketplace
