VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

YEOVIL | £30,000–£44,000 BASIC DOE | PRODUCTIVITY BONUS UP TO £2,400

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a skilled technician to join an established workshop in Salisbury, offering excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training and opportunities for career progression.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within the required timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment.

• Basic salary of £30,000–£44,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Confident carrying out servicing, repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
• Good understanding of manufacturer procedures and technical standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Previous dealership experience, manufacturer accreditation, MOT testing, hybrid/EV experience and familiarity with productivity targets would be advantageous.
