Job Title Business Development Manager - Central Government Location London (preferred). Job Purpose As a Business Development Manager - Central Government, you will Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategy for target accounts, develop and drive proactive engagement plan with key stakeholders, deliver agreed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities within UK Central Government departments and agencies, focusing on Digital Business Services and Citizen Experience solutions. Develop and deliver account plans that align our offerings with government digital transformation priorities and citizen engagement strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, procurement teams, and policy leads across government bodies. Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process for government contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks and delivering compelling proposals. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, technology, and marketing) to shape solutions tailored to government requirements. Monitor central government policies, funding programs, and digital initiatives to identify emerging opportunities. Represent the company at government and industry events, raising awareness of our digital services and building a strong presence in the sector.
