Our client, a major player in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You''ll deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Key Responsibilities:Assisting with tendering and estimating new projectsSubcontractor management, including drafting subcontracts, agreement of terms and conditions, and contract administration through to final accountAdminister live projects including weekly monitoring of direct and indirect costs incurred in delivering the works, and progress against the accepted programmeAdminister client applications, change control, WIP, cash flow management and client final accounts.Monthly reporting both internally, and to the client on topics such as value, cost to date, forecast final cost and progress against programme. Job Requirements:Experience in a commercial role with a Subcontractor or Main ContractorDegree qualified or equivalentWorking toward professional membershipCapable of managing multiple projectsExperience with contract admin tools would be beneficialProven experience with various forms of contract.
