Junior Sommelier Requirements:

• A confident and charismatic wine waiter andndash; someone who is passionate about delivering a high level of service to guests.
• A Junior Sommelier that has completed their WSET Level 2.
• A Junior Sommelier with a stable employment background with preference to premium casual operations.
