We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to oversee a manageable portfolio of adult complex care packages across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is a hybrid community-based position offering significant autonomy, a competitive salary of 55,000- 60,000 plus a company car, and the opportunity to join an established and growing complex care provider. As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take clinical responsibility for approximately 8-10 packages, ensuring individuals with high-acuity and complex healthcare needs receive safe, effective and person-centred care within their own homes.
