As a Revenue Manager you will work within the Customer experience and communications team, playing a key role in driving financial performance and ensuring financial control. Your role is central in ensuring accurate and timely collection of revenue, credit control, debt management and compliant reporting. You will oversee financial analysis, and reporting while working closely with senior stakeholders. Supported by the Customer Operations Manager and working closely with the Business control team and our service partners, you will work to deliver successful revenue and cost validation, billing and debt management in line with our Customer Experience framework, and ensure we are fully compliant with regulations and standards that apply.
