Process orders using Excel and in-house systems; confident with IT systems and accurate inputtingSpeak to customers throughout the day providing product information and upsell other productsCall lapsed clients to enhance sales within the team to achieve KPIsHours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pmQualifications
Customer service backgroundGood administrative experienceExperience using Outlook, Excel, WordGood communication skillsProactive in securing the saleExcellent listening skillsWorks well on their own and within a teamEnjoys a busy environmentDriving licence - not essentialPlease forward your CV in the first instance.
