What You ll Be Doing Researching and identifying B2B prospects across key industries in the UK. Reaching out to decision-makers (LandD, HR, Operations) via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls for our sales team. Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate lead and engagement data. Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach and messaging. Consistently hitting activity and pipeline generation KPIs. What We re Looking For Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or cold outreach is desirable but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
