The RoleWorking as part of a large engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of high-speed production and process equipment, ensuring maximum plant reliability and efficiency.Key responsibilities include:Planned preventative, condition-based and reactive maintenanceElectrical and mechanical fault finding and repairsFault finding on Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systemsWorking from electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawingsSupporting continuous improvement and reliability initiativesIdentifying and implementing process and asset improvementsMaintaining production, plant and site facilities equipmentEnsuring machinery downtime is minimised and production targets are supportedThe site operates a variety of automated processing and packaging equipment including fillers, packaging machinery, homogenisers, pasteurisers, flow meters, instrumentation and process control systems.
